Meals will be available to pickup at 7PM Sunday evenings. Pickup address will be provided once orders are ready

The ordering portal will open on Tuesdays at 10AM and remain open until Thursday at 5PM, or until the weekly order cap is met- whichever comes first
When do I order?
There will be a base menu, as well as additional options that rotate occasionally. Please check our Instagram account for details on rotating options
How often do meal options change?
All meals should be refrigerated to be consumed within 5 days, or frozen for beyond 5 days. Note: frozen meals may not retain original freshness and quality
AfroFit Meal Prep meals contain many common allergens, including milk, eggs, fish, Crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans. Consumption is at your own risk.

MEET THE CHEF BEHIND AFROFIT
I started AfroFit because I wanted to share my love for my culture and its food, and I wanted to show that our food can fit into a wholesome, well-balanced diet. As you may know, Nigerian food is delicious, but takes a lot of effort and time to prepare. My hope is that through my different meal bundle offerings, you can experience the warmth and authenticity of a home-cooked Nigerian meal without lifting a finger.
